It was an honor to serve on the jury for PADIS, an award for Peruvian design organized by the Toulouse Lautrec Institute of Communication and Design in Lima. The other jurists were Sagi Haviv of the legendary brand design firm Chermayeff & Geismar & Haviv, award-winning Colombian architect Pablo Forero, design management consultant Steve Sato, and Toulouse Lautrec director Silvia Campodónico.

As international jurists, we were featured presenters at the PADIS “El Valor de Diseño” (The Value of Design) seminar. I spoke about “Engaging New Audiences Through Experiences.” Both the awards and the seminar were covered by the Peruvian press including El Comercio (Peru’s largest newspaper) and Codigo (a Peruvian advertising and marketing magazine).
