New York City Council officially recognizes Loving Day

The New York City Council officially recognized Loving Day (the global education and diversity celebration I founded) with a 2014 resolution. It was especially meaningful since I founded Loving Day in New York City, and I host the annual Flagship Celebration here as well. Special thanks to Manhattan 4th District Council Member Daniel Garodnick for acknowledging this important and historic day. And a heartfelt thank you to the thousands of volunteers that have made Loving Day possible over the years.
