Los Angeles City Council officially recognizes Loving Day

The Mixed Roots Film and Literary Festival in Los Angeles was the largest Loving Day Celebration on the west coast in 2012. I was honored to join the festival organizers at City Hall as they were acknowledged by the city council and received an official Loving Day resolution from the city council. Special thanks to Fanshen Cox, Heidi Durrow, and Mark R. Edwards for making this possible.
