I was excited to create a brand new “Information Visualization 1” class from the ground up (and teach it) at Parsons The New School for Design. It was for the Strategic Design and Management program in the School of Design Strategies. I love the intersection of technical and aesthetic disciplines, and it’s especially exciting to teach within this evolving specialization as it becomes an increasingly valuable part of our standard cultural lexicon.
